Walking through the city, I saw girls dressed in boots and skirts with no tights! We are all excited for this “warm” weather after weeks of chilly wind and snow. Floral crowns and flower hair accessories are a staple of spring outfits but I rarely see them in winter coordinates. How do you style floral pieces in different seasons?
